The Waratah Mills is a rather unique property. Nearly 100 years old , this Flour Mill converted to residential apartments was always going to be a tough ask for any team of tradesman. Top Rope Painting has undertaken a number of large scale painting projects at several strata buildings managed by Lamarca Building Management Pty Ltd. These have involved the repainting of large, multi- storey apartment buildings using commercial abseiling.
I cannot fault Top Rope Painting on the quality of their work. The team were pleasant and efficient and generally a pleasure to deal with. A number of residents commented on how courteous the team were. The work was completed in a timely fashion with minimum disruption to residents. I highly recommend Top Rope Painting.

TOP ROPE PAINTING (James Butler) have recently been involved in the completion of the facade rehabiliation of our large apartment complex (Watermark Plaza) in Pyrmont. This involved the repair of various render defects and repainting of the facade of a ten storey building, comprising 100 apartments, all via abseiling access. Contract cost was significant over around 6 months.
James and the team completed a superb high quality job, and were a pleasure to deal with during the entire process. Their presence on site, provided negligible disruption, and the works were completed in a timely manner and represents good value. I highly recommend TOP ROPE PAINTING.
